From Nagoya Station you can connect to the Shinkansen, JR Line, Kintetsu Line, and Subway, and from Kanayama Station, the JR Line and the Subway. The Airport Station is connected to the Passenger Terminal Bldg. by a leveled connection passage.

The special stop for the chartered bus is on the 1st floor of Access Plaza. This is a different location from the airport bus. Please come to Access Plaza from the arrival lobby (2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal Bldg.) through the connection passage and then use the elevator or escalator to continue on to stops (1st floor of Access Plaza).
Taxis arriving at Centrair take you to the 1st floor of the Passenger Terminal Bldg. Please use the elevator or escalator to the departure lobby (the 3rd floor).

Access by Boat
High-speed boats are operated from Centrair to Tsu and Yokkaichi Port. The high-speed boat port is connected to Access Plaza by a connection passage. Please come to the 2nd floor of Access Plaza from the arrival lobby (2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal Bldg.) through the connection passage and then use another connection passage to the high-speed boat port.

There are two car parks P1 and P2. They are opened 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.The parking lot has capacity for 4500 cars. However, in case the parking lot is expected to be full, we will open a temporary parking lot. The temporary parking lot is available only on that day, and shuttle busses will be arranged to the passenger terminal bldg.
Rent a Car Information is in the center of the 2nd floor of Access Plaza. Please come to Access Plaza from the arrival lobby (2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal Bldg.) through the connection passage and stop by Information. Then pass through the airport bus stop (1st floor of Access Plaza) to continue on to the Rent a Car office.
The five locations of information at the airport provide you not only with information about the airport but also offering registration services to use rental wheel chairs, baby carriages, dressing rooms, etc. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to come to the information.
SHOPS: There are many food, gift, jewelery,accessories, duty free and other shops located through terminal.
FOOD&DRINK: There is wide range of restaurants located through airport, serving Japanese, French, Italian, Western, Chinese, Korean and Ethnic food as well Local specialties. There are also many cafes.

Home Delivery Service
This is a home delivery service from / to the airport to / from your home or office. Before departure, pick up your luggage at the delivery counter in the departure lobby on the 3rd floor. After arriving, drop off your luggage at the delivery counter in the arrival lobby on the 2nd floor. "Travel to and from the airport with your hands empty." For shipments to the airport, please contact each delivery company.
Temporary Storage for Carry-on Luggage
It is difficult to carry large articles of luggage around the Passenger Terminal Bldg. If you arrive early, drop-off your luggage and casually enjoy a meal or shopping. We will temporarily store your luggage on the 2nd floor arrival floor or the 3rd floor departure floor. We will even store coats and other articles of clothing that you may not need at the destination.

A children-friendly airport

Centrair win 2005 AETRA Best Airport Award by Traffic Volume

The results of the 2005 AETRA passenger survey program, jointly administered by Airports Council International (ACI) and International Air Transport Association (IATA), were announced on 6 March, 2006.
Centrair was named as the Best Airport by traffic volume with 5-15 million passengers per year in the first year of its operation, though it was not ranked in the top three of the Best Airport Worldwide unfortunately.
The results of this year’s passenger survey were derived from over 100,000 completed questionnaires covering 22 items such as access, facilities, services and efforts for security, which collected from 66 airports worldwide.
We, Central Japan International Airport Co., Ltd., believe that this accolade is the achievements of close cooperation among all parties involved in our airport operation including public offices, transportation, airlines, tenants, and service providing companies to improve its customer satisfaction quality to higher level.
