You can enter the Airport from State Highway 183 on the south, or State Highway 114 and Interstate 635 on the north. Normal drive time from many places in the Metroplex to DFW ranges from 30-45 minutes. The Airport has one main road, International Parkway, which runs the length of the Airport, north to south.
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Fort Worth’s The T offer rail service to DFW Airport from Dallas and Fort Worth via the Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Scheduled rail service is provided Monday thru Saturday. Board the Trinity Railway Express at any of the following train stations located throughout the Metroplex: Union Station, Medical/Market Center, South Irving, West Irving, Hurst/Bell, Richland Hills, ITC and T&P. Ride shuttle from CentrePort/DFW Airport Station Bus Stop to Remote South Parking lot and transfer to the Terminal A and C shuttle, Terminal B and E shuttle or Terminal D shuttle.
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides service to Remote North Parking via the route 310 bus Monday through Friday and to Remote South Parking via the route 408 bus 7 days a week. Free shuttle service is provided to all Airport terminals from these two locations.
Yellow Checker Shuttle Co. provides daily transportation to and from DFW Airport under the name of the "Airporter.” Boarding is available at all major downtown Fort Worth hotels and the Airporter parking lot. Other Fort Worth hotels are also serviced on demand with your advanced reservation to 817 267 5150. Upon your return trip to DFW Airport, Airporter boarding is located on the upper level of each terminal in the Yellow Checker Shuttle loading zones - two convenient locations at each terminal.

CONNECTING BETWEEN TERMINALS INSIDE SECURITY:
Skylink, DFW's airport train, signals a new era of convenience for Airport guests connecting between terminals. Skylink provides fast connections between Terminals A, B, C, D and E. Spacious new Skylink stations are located at the north and south ends of each terminal. Escalators to the stations are located at:

The bi-directional system keeps average ride times to 5 minutes, with a maximum ride time of 9 minutes between the farthest distances. In addition, passengers wait an average of only 2 minutes for the trains to arrive in the stations.
CONNECTING BETWEEN TERMINALS OUTSIDE SECURITY:
Passengers needing to transfer to another terminal after they have exited security or Terminal parkers who need to get back to a vehicle parked at another terminal should use DFW’s free Terminal Link van service. Blue and green vans arrive at each terminal every 10 minutes. There are two pick-up/drop-off areas located outside the bag claim areas of each terminal.
DFW’s 200-acre Rental Car Center consolidates 10 rental car companies under one roof, giving customers the comfort and convenience of one-stop shopping. Located near the south entrance of DFW Airport, the Rental Car Center offers covered parking for 5,000 rental cars and efficiently handles over 1,100 rentals per hour.
After collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. From there, board the Rental Car shuttle bus which serves all rental car companies, departing every 5 minutes and reaching the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes.

Accessible Transportation:
DFW operates fixed-route bus service to each of the parking areas listed above. Buses serving Remote North and Remote South are fully accessible. Not all buses serving the other areas are accessible; however, DFW operates demand-responsive wheelchair accessible van service 24 hours per day. Wheelchair accessible vans can be used to travel between any public parking area and terminal buildings or to go from one terminal building to another terminal building. There is no charge for either bus or van service.
Wheelchair Accessible Van Service from Parking to Terminals:
To request a wheelchair accessible van from a parking area, use a courtesy phone in the parking terminal and call 4-2527 or tell the bus driver that you need a wheelchair accessible van. Please allow 10 minutes after placing your call for the van to arrive to pick you up.
Wheelchair Accessible Van Service from Terminals:
For the best service after arriving at DFW Airport on your return trip, please collect your baggage before you request wheelchair accessible van service. Call 4-2527 from a terminal building courtesy phone and give your location. This will give you time to go to the curbside for the return ride to your selected parking area. Please remain curbside once transportation has been requested. In order to serve other customers, the driver is unable to wait if you are not at curbside.
The Grand Hyatt DFW is integrated within DFW's new International Terminal D. Once this new terminal opens, the Grand Hyatt will be the only on-Airport hotel that can be reached directly from any DFW terminal without using ground transportation. If you are in Terminals A, B, C or E, simply take the Skylink train to International Terminal D and check in at the Grand Hyatt.
