The Terminal A parking garage has a vehicle clearance of 7’0”. The entry and first floor has a clearance of 8'0" to accommodate heightened vehicles that utilize mobility aids. There are several disabled parking spots in the entry area, with a limited number of non-restricted spaces.
As an alternative, the short-term parking lot at Terminal C is open and outdoors, so all oversize vehicles can easily be accommodated at this location.

Parking Options for the Mobility Impaired
Parking facilities for the mobility impaired are available in all Airport parking areas. Vehicles displaying the appropriate state issued placard may park in the Terminal A garage or the hourly lot across from Terminal C at the long-term rate of $1 per 20 minutes with a daily maximum of $15 per day.
NOTE: The Terminal A parking garage has an entry clearance of 8'0" to accommodate heightened vehicles that utilize mobility aids. There are several disabled parking spots in the entry area, with a limited number of non-restricted spaces. The remainder of the facility has a clearance of 7'0".
Terminal Curbside Drop-off and Pick-up
If you are picking up or dropping of passengers, you may stop your vehicle curbside in front of either Terminal A or C to actively load or unload. However, due to security measures, at NO time may vehicles wait, park or be left unattended curbside.
If traveling alone, the solo passenger may NOT park a vehicle at the curbside and leave their vehicle while checking baggage either inside or at curbside check-in. Solo passengers must park their vehicles in the parking lot and bring baggage to curbside check-in or the ticket counter (smart carts are available to help manage baggage).
Alternate Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area
Alternate drop-off area is located on Martin Avenue at the back of the Long Term parking lot. At the drop-off point, proceed to shuttle stop “L” and wait at the designated bus stop for the shuttle that will take you to your terminal. Shuttles arrive every five minutes.
Cell Phone Waiting Area
The Cell Phone Waiting Area is located at the southernmost tip of the Terminal Drive One Way Loop “bulb,” just past Terminal C.

This customer service enhancement has been designed to provide motorists with an option to use a dedicated area at the Airport to make a cell phone connection to their arriving party.
Our courtesy shuttles make a continuous loop of Terminal A, Terminal C, and the parking lots. A new shuttle departs each designated stopping point approximately every 5 minutes from 5 a.m. - 12 mid. From 12 mid - 5 a.m., shuttle buses continue to make a constant loop of the terminals and the parking lots on a reduced schedule.
To and From Long Term Parking: From the Orange parking lot, board the shuttle at the nearest boothe. The shuttle will stop at Terminal A first, proceeding next to Terminal C. To get back to the Orange lot, board the shuttle outside baggage claim at either terminal.
Transferring Terminals: Inter-terminal shuttle are available in front of each terminal at a marked location. The shuttles will transport passengers between Terminal A and Terminal C and vice versa during the Airport’s regular hours of operation every 10 minutes.
Rental Car Shuttle - Each terminal has a clearly marked Rental Car Shuttle bus stop. Rental Car Shuttles provide regular transportation for customers to and from the terminals and the Rental Car Center. Daily hours of operation are 4:00am to 12:30am. Additional service is provided after hours for delayed arrivals. Should you arrive after hours and find no service, please call (408) 277-3661.
